Fundamentals & All Levels Classes: Any Belt.
Advanced Classes: White Belt 3 Stripes and Up
Black Belt: Blue belt II stripes and Up
Kids Classes: Tiny champions (from 3 yo to 6yo).
Kids Classes: Little Champions II (from 7 yo to 9yo).
Kids Classes: Little Champions III (from 10yo to 12yo)
Teens: (from 13 yo to 15yo)
Fitness Program: All levels of Fitness
Private Group Class: Minimum 3, Maximum 4 people. Running fortnightly (Students interested in private Group training can talk to our team members.)
The Schedule is dynamic and is improved every season (Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring) to better fit our students' needs.
Private classes can be scheduled during the morning and other times depending on the instructors' availability. Students interested in private training can talk to our team members.
